  • Profile image: For consistency’s sake, this should be your business logo. If you do not have one, you can use Canva to create one for yourself. Note, your cover image should be 180 180 pixels, and do not put any critical details close to the edge because it will be cropped to a circle as shown below; 
  • Cover image: this is the most prominent image of your Facebook business page. The essence of your cover photo is to tell people what your business is all about. Facebook recommends your cover photo to be 1640 by 856 pixels, but I recommend 1200 by 628 pixels. This is because , it is perfect for both desktop & mobile users. Remember, most people will view your page on their mobile.

Go to  www.facebook.com/pages/create. You will land on a page as shown below if a destop is used.

 

The left side panel is where you will input your details while the right-hand side will show you a real live update of what you are doing.

Enter your business name, choose your business categories (select up to 3), fill out your business description respectively as shown in the image above. Once done, click on “create page”. 

Congratuation, you have just created  a facebook business page. I t is as simple as that.
